Surface Preparation

Comprehensive surface preparation is crucial to the success of any installation. BIFC offers surface preparation as a stand-alone service, regardless of whether or not we will be providing the installation. Depending on the condition of the floor, our trained experts will utilize a number of methods – including shot blasting, diamond grinding and high tech removal machines, floor leveling, etc – to ensure that the installation will yield optimum results.

Moisture Mitigation

Moisture problems are one of the most common and costly construction issues a project can face. However, there are a number of approaches that can be taken to correct and re-balance moisture levels so that your installation is a success.
