State of the Art Estimating Staff
A large part of our success is the expediency with which we approach every project. BIFC’s advanced estimating team generates quotes to clients in a timely manner so that your decision making process is not delayed. We use the state-of-the-art floor planning software system known as Callidus to quantify the materials needed, create comprehensive floor plans and produce reports regarding color summaries, data, net area and fitting. With this system, we are able to provide clients with a full-service estimation package that covers all questions and concerns.
Floor Installation Process
Preparation
Before the installation of new flooring can even begin, BIFC assess the current floor and prepares the surface for the installation of new materials. This includes moisture testing and floor leveling. BIFC is experienced in these crucial precautions and will identify and execute the measures needed to ensure a perfect installation.
The Installation Process
Installation is a multi-step process, and BIFC follows a strict protocol of evaluation and preparation. We take precaution to protect the life of your floor and assess all variables and environmental factors that could come into play. To ensure that the floor is protected from excess moisture or condensation in or below the surface, moisture mitigation systems are installed beneath the flooring itself to provide the proper ventilation. The result is not only a stunning floor, but also one that will have a long, worry-free life.

Our goal is to protect the space and those who occupy it not only during the installation process, but also for the life of your floor. These standards, along with our preparation systems, strict policies, job site inspections and ongoing training programs contribute to a risk-free installation environment. Working Globally
At BIFC, we are firmly committed to minimizing the amount of waste we produce on each project. This is why we at BIFC partake in an initiative known as C.A.R.E., or Carpet America Recovery Effort. C.A.R.E. is a joint industry-government initiative designed to alleviate excessive discarded carpet intended for landfills and increase the amount of recycling and reuse of post-consumer carpet. We follow the C.A.R.E. mission to do our part in eliminating excess waste and foster new and innovative methods of carpet recycling throughout the industry.
Before, During and After Installation
The BIFC team works closely with our clients before, during and after the installation process. We offer financial strategies and bond capabilities (up to 10 million on a single project) as part of a comprehensive support program.
